30 Elbow extensions
30 Dumbbell chest presses w/ a twist (5lb)
30 Dumbbell butterfly’s (5lb)
30 Dumbbell tricep extensions (5lb)
10 Adapted push-ups
40 Dumbbell arm circles (20 in ea. direction)– (5lb)

21 min prenatal yoga:
prenatal yoga 1
11 min prenatal yoga
prenatal yoga 2
